The invention relates to a coating for the inner surfaces of the vehicle body, in particular to a mat for the bottom of the vehicle interior.
A mat is known for the bottom of a vehicle interior, consisting of a layer of cross-linked foam, for example, cross-linked polyethylene, is covered by a cellular structure having a density of 64 kg / m, which is provided with a layer of an elastic from one or both sides, for example, cross-linked polyethylene foam is closed by a cellular structure, having a density of 80 kg / m, which can be provided with a layer of thermoplastic 11.
However, a known mat is characterized by its insufficient elasticity and dimensional stability.
The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved effect is a mat for the bottom of the vehicle interior, made of the inner layer of polyethylene foam closed cell structure with a density of 100-200 kg / m and the degree of crosslinking on AO-80%, on which an additional layer is applied polystyrene is closed cellular structure with a degree of crosslinking 40-80% j equipped with a protective film of thermoplastic 23.
The disadvantage of this mat is that its elasticity and dimensional stability characteristics are not completely satisfactory.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the characteristics of elasticity and increase the dimensional stability of the mat.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the mat for the bottom of the interior of a transport vehicle made of an inner layer of foam: polyethylene is covered with a cellular structure with a density of 100-200 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 40-80%, which is covered with an additional layer of polyethylene foam a cellular structure with a degree of crosslinking of 40-80%, provided with a protective film of thermoplastic, an additional layer is made of polyethylene with a density of 70-100 kg / m and the inner layer is 5-10 mm, the additional layer is 23 mm, and the protective film is 1- 2 mm.
The mat according to the invention is prepared by combining a layer of polyethylene foam with an additional layer of polyethylene foam provided with a protective film of thermoplastic when heated in a high-frequency field with a power of 10-80 kW. A protective film of thermoplastic is applied on an additional layer of polyethylene foam using a curable adhesive.
The drawing shows the Mat according to the invention, the cross section.
The mat is made from the inner layer 1 of polyethylene foam closed with a cellular structure with a density of 100-200 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 40-80%, on which an additional layer 2 of foam is applied to the cellular structure with a density of 70-100 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 40- 80%, equipped with a protective film 3 thermoplastic. Layers 2 and 3 are connected to each other by means of adhesive layer 4. The inner layer 1 is 5-10 mm thick, the additional layer 2 is 2-3 mm, and the protective film is 1-2 mm.
Example. A layer of 400 mm x 500 mm x 7 mm is made of polyethylene foam and covered with a cellular structure with a density of 130 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 40%, which is colored black.
Then a layer 2 mm thick of polyethylene foam is covered with a cellular structure with a density of 70 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking 40% is covered with a protective polyvinyl chloride film 1.5 mm thick containing 35 wt.% Dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer. At the same time, a composition of hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin, paraloid 0142, xylene, ethyl glycol acetate, and an isocyanate-based hardener is applied with a brush onto the laminate side of the polyvinyl chloride film. The obtained laminate and plasticized polyvinyl chloride film and a layer of polyethylene foam are stamped into pieces of 400 X 500 mm, which are welded to a layer of polyethylene foam with a density of 130 kg / m by acting on a protective polyvinyl film shield of high-frequency energy of 12 kW for 30 minutes. At the same time, the polyvinyl chloride protective foam is heated to a temperature of more than 130 ° C and heat is transferred to the layer of polyethylene foam bordering the film, resulting in a polyethylene foam layer, polyethylene foam, resulting in new polyethylene foam melting and creating a strong bond between the two foam polyethylene layers 5.
Example 2. Example V is repeated, with the difference that polyethylene is closed as the inner layer 1 with a cellular structure with 10 density of 100 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 80%, plasticized polyvinyl chloride with a plasticizer content of 20% as a protective film 3 , and as an additional 15 layer 2 - polyethylene foam closed cell structure with a density of 100 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking 80%.
Example Example 1 is repeated, with the difference that polyethylene is closed as a cellular structure with a density of 200 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 65% as a protective layer. films 3 - plasticized poly-25 vinyl chloride with a plasticizer content of 40%, and as an additional layer 2 - polyethylene foam closed with a cellular structure with a density of 85 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 60%. zo
EXAMPLE 4 Example 1 is repeated with the difference that a mat is made in which the protective film consists of a polymer based on acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene.
EXAMPLE 5 Example 1 is repeated with the difference that a mat is made in which the protective film consists of a copolymer based on ethylene and vinyl acetate. 40
EXAMPLE 6 Example 1 is repeated with the difference that a mat is made, in which the protective film consists of
a) 6 - polyamide, 45
b) 6,6 - polyamide and
c) polyamide based on hexamethylenediamine and terephthalic acid.
Example. Example 1 is repeated, with the difference that a 50 mat is prepared consisting of a layer 1 of polyethylene foam closed with a cellular structure with a density of 200 kg / m and a degree of 65% stitching having a thickness of 5 mm, and a layer 2 of polyethylene foam closed with a 55 structure with a density of 100 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 80%, having a thickness of 2 mm and supplied
protective film 3 plasticized polyvinyl chloride with a thickness of 1 mm, containing 40% dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer.
EXAMPLE 8 Example 1 is repeated, with the difference that a mat consisting of layer 1 of polyethylene is closed and the cellular structure has a density of 100 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 80%, having a thickness of 10 mm, and layer 2. polyethylene foam closed cell structure with a density of 70 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking 40%, having a thickness of 3 mm and provided with a protective film 3 plasticized 2 mm thick plastic containing 20% dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer.
The quality of the mat in Examples 1-8 and known mats A to E is determined by the sample indicated in the table below. At the same time, the well-known mats have the same structure.
Mat A (according to the British patent 1 294 606): the inner layer of polyethylene foam is closed with a cellular structure with a density of 60 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 40%, on which an additional layer of polystyrene foam is applied with a cellular structure with a density of 90 kg / m and a degree of binding of 40%, equipped with a protective film of plasticized polyvinyl chloride containing 35 wt.% dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer, the inner layer having a thickness of 7 mm, an additional 2 mm and a protective film 1.5 mm.
Mat B is the structure of the Mat A with the difference that the inner layer is 5 mm thick, an additional 2 mm and a protective film 1 mm.
Mat B is the structure of Mat A with the difference that the inner layer is 10 mm thick, the additional layer is 3 mm. And the protective film is 2 mm.
Mat 1 (according to US Pat. No. 3,455,546): the inner layer of polyethylene foam is covered with a cellular structure with a density of 200 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 65%, which is additionally covered with a protective layer of polystyrene with a density of 130 kg / m and a degree of crosslinking of 60%. equipped with a plasticized plastic film of polyvinyl chloride containing 35% by weight of dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer, the inner layer has a thickness of 7 mm, an additional layer of 2 mm and a protective film of 1.5 mm. Mat D - the structure of the mat G with the difference that the inner layer has a thickness of 5 mm, an additional 2 mm and a protective film - 1 mm. Mat E is the structure of the mat G with the difference that the inner layer is 10 mm thick, the additional layer is 3 and the protective film is 2 mm. In addition, in table. 2 shows more data on the quality of MH mats,
Table 1 serves to confirm the materiality of the features of the invention. Mats Ж-К have the following structure (see table. 1). From the data table. it can be seen that the mats of examples 1-8 have better elasticity characteristics and better dimensional stability than the well-known mats aE. In addition, a comparison of data on the quality of mats 1–8 with data on the quality of mats Ж-К indicates the existence of the structure of the proposed mat.
